Working with Waterfront Toronto, I lead the design and development of a wayfinding experience for 4M unique visitors and 85M total daily visits. In one approach, we created an additional layer that isn't found in most maps through filters — such as location reputation, vibe, and time commitment. In this way, we designed an experience that would ease the cumbersome process of reading blogs and reviews before visiting the Waterfront.
